We hold elections in the hostel, and every block has a captain that monitors and takes care of student awards and appreciation. The best block in the hostel is also given special awards and extra privileges. Our students who reside in the hostel usually elect their captains, and the chosen ones perform their duties. For instance, the sports captain is responsible for planning the schedule for swimming and organizing various games and entertainment options. The other captains also plan the month’s feast and handle the tuck shopping responsibilities on Sundays.

Students enjoy the elections and actively participate in the entire process with a lot of preparation and determination. We’ve seen many captains excel at this post and are excited to see their journey ahead in the world.

It’s a great leadership exercise for our students, and we are amazed at the skill and passion they bring to the job!
